What is the return and exchange policy?

  • Returns: We only accept returns for items that have a manufacturing defect or have been damaged in transit, provided that the problem is reported within 15 days of receipt. In such cases, we offer an exchange or a full refund.

Why doesn't the size I received match the size I chose on the website?

Some of our products are supplied by international manufacturers, so there may be a difference between the numbering on the label and the correspondence displayed on the website.

This is because the size charts vary between suppliers and often don't follow a fixed starting standard.

Practical example:

Some factories start their tables from size M - which, in this case, is the smallest size they produce. So:

  • The M on the label has been set to equal XS on our website.
  • The L on the label is now equivalent to the S.
  • And so on.

In other cases, the initial size may be up to XL, which makes it correspond to (XS) in our standard. This can give the impression that the size came “bigger” or “different”, when in fact it is in accordance with the equivalence given.

We adjust all size grids according to the manufacturer's measurements, to ensure that the product corresponds to the size chosen based on the table provided on our website - even if the label bears another code or numbering.
