Exchanges and Returns

At Modern Foyer, we want to guarantee your complete satisfaction with our purchases. If you need to exchange or return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

Returns Policy

• Conditions: The product must have arrived faulty or defective within 15 days of purchase.
  
• Exceptions:
• Promotional items, gifts and personalized products are not eligible for return.

Returns process

1. Request: Send an e-mail to support@modernfoyer.com indicating:
   
• Order number;
  
• Reason for return;
  
• Photos or videos of the item (if applicable);
  
• Full address and contact telephone number.
  
2. Authorization: Our team will analyze your request and send you shipping instructions.
   
3. Shipping: The item must be packaged correctly and sent to the address indicated.
   
4. Refund: After checking the item, we will process the refund within 3 to 5 working days, using the original payment method.
   

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of store error (wrong or defective product).

Exchange policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the same steps for the return. As soon as we receive the returned item, we will send you the new product according to stock availability.

Defective product or incorrect order

If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will cover the shipping costs and guarantee a quick solution to the problem.

Additional information

• Once the order has been packed or shipped, it is not possible to change the delivery address.
  
• Modern Foyer is not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
