1. General Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the ModernFoyer.com website, as well as all purchases made through our online store. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. FCSTE GLOBAL ENTERPRISES LLP reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on our website.

2. Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data. All information you provide is used solely to process orders, communicate with you, and improve your experience.

  • To unsubscribe from marketing emails, click the “unsubscribe” link or contact support@modernfoyer.com.
  • To request deletion of your account and data, email support@modernfoyer.com with “Please delete my account and data”.

You may access and update your personal information at any time via your account dashboard.

3. Prices & Payments

All prices include applicable UK taxes (VAT) and are correct at the time of display. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. If a pricing error occurs at checkout, we are not obliged to honour the incorrect price. You will have the option to confirm at the corrected price or cancel your order with a full refund.

Payment Methods Available:

  • PayPal
  • Express checkout (Shop Pay, Google Pay, PayPal)
  • Apple Pay, Discover, Klarna, UnionPay

Payment is taken at the time of order placement, inclusive of product cost, taxes, and shipping.

4. Shipping Policy

Shipping options & cost:

  • Standard Shipping (regular delivery): FREE
  • Priority Shipping: £3.05

Delivery Times (United States): 7–30 working days from order confirmation. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Cancellations must be requested within this timeframe.

Unexpected costs: FCSTE GLOBAL ENTERPRISES LLP covers customs, duties, or other transport-related charges. If asked to pay additional fees, contact support@modernfoyer.com immediately.

Failed delivery: If you’re not available, carriers may attempt re-delivery or hold the package at a local collection point. If uncollected, the parcel may be returned to us—return shipping fees apply as per our Return Policy.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement (orders are dispatched after this window). To cancel, contact support@modernfoyer.com immediately. Changes or cancellations after 24 hours are not possible.

6. Exchange & Returns

Faulty / Defective Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 15 days of purchase. We'll replace the product and cover the return shipping costs.

Standard Returns

  • Eligible within 15 days if the product is faulty or defective.
  • Not applicable to sale items, gifts, or personalised products.
  • Customer covers return postage unless the error is ours.

How to Return / Exchange:

  1. Email support@modernfoyer.com with your order number, reason, photos/videos, and address/contact number.
  2. We’ll send shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item as directed.
  4. On inspection, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days to the original payment method.
  5. For exchanges (size/colour), we ship the replacement after receiving the original.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer pays for standard returns; we cover costs for defective/wrong items.

Address Alterations

Once dispatched, address changes are not possible. Return due to wrong address is not our responsibility.

Defective / Incorrect Order

If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will cover the shipping costs and guarantee a quick solution to the problem.

7. Refunds

Refunds are available in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled within 24 hours before dispatch
  • Return of faulty, defective, or incorrect items (within 15 days)
  • Lost shipments (confirmed by courier)
  • Non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address, or package unclaimed

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after receipt and inspection of returned goods and issued using the original payment method.

8. Warranty & Liability

We provide a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover damages due to misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications. For defective items, contact support@modernfoyer.com for assistance.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
